If you have a new Outlook mailbox on your system, this guide should help you fix it.
We tried to add a mailbox on previous devices from Outlook. NBe sure to check out our articles on Outlook 10 and Outlook 2013 if you’re using them. Then this article will probably show you how to set up additional mailboxes in the latest version of Outlook 2016 (and later). Everything is very simple.
Add Another Mailbox To Outlook 2016
How do I create another inbox in Outlook?
Install the Inbox folder in the Outlook Available Mail navigation pane.Right-click and select New Folder.Enter the name of the directory in the field that appears.Hit Enter.To create a subfolder, select the desired directory and follow the instructions above.
1. To add another mailbox, start Microsoft Outlook 2016, then click Invoice File> click the Information tab> Account Settings.
6. After creating your mailbox name, click “Add” and “Apply”.
7. To exit the wizard, click Next, and then click Finish on the Change Account screen.
8. Close the Account Settings screen and select a new mailbox in the email pane to populate with messages.
If you can’t add a good mailbox, there could be several reasons:
- The administrator may not have started browsing. If so, contact them for more detailed help and advice.
- You entered a completely incorrect mailbox name; Contact your administrator again.
- Expiry Datepassword expired. If you have access to Outlook Web Access, sign in, update your password, and try to sign in again as part.
- If you are an Office 365 user, make sure your account is simply assigned a mail server license.

Add Outlook Mailbox With Separate Account
If users have a different Outlook account that they want to access from the same program on a personal PC, Microsoft has provided a summary of the process. Create An Email Account
If you want to send a new email account instead of adding an existing one, you will need to go through the process of creating emails to create Outlook Help instead of the one described above. Go to the Create Microsoft Account page, click Get a New Safe and Secure Email Address, and keep entering available email addresses until you find someone you haven’t accepted. Create a password anytime when prompted, and then enter your first and last name on the next page. Enter your date of birth and your personal country / region, then proceed (with a good bot verification perhaps) to create my account.

Add From Shared Mailbox
You can also add a shared mailbox from favorites to your existing Outlook account. According to Microsoft, this should happen automatically because your administrator has positively added you to the mailbox itself. If you haven’t come across this tutorial, but definitely started it, restart Outlook and see if that solves the problem. If that doesn’t work, you may need a slightly longer process to get everything working.
How do I add another mailbox in Outlook 2021?
Select the Outlook tile.Click the credit card account icon in the upper right corner of the page.Select Open another mailbox….Enter the email address associated with the shared mailbox, and then select an idea from the list.Select “Open.”
