    Reason

    These 10016 events are logged because Microsoft components try to access DCOM components without the required permissions. Just in case, this behavior is planned and desirable.

    Implemented an encoding model in which code basically tries to access DCOM with parameter sets. If the first attempt fails, the site will try again with a different set of parameters. The reason it doesn’t miss the first try is because there are scenarios that it has to go through. In these scenarios, this may be preferable.

    3. To access the system log, select “Start”, “Control Panel”, “Administrative Tools”, “Event Viewer” from the list on the “Exit” page of the window, get Windows logs and system logs. Place the main cursor on System, right-click and specifically click Current Log Filter. Check the registration form for errors and click OK and you will only see the media with the error.
